No. 74,384 dated August 26, 1918 was put into circulation. by decree (PTRT. No. 80 of August 27, 1918).
We have already dealt with the placing on the market regulation in detail in the introductory part of the chapter. There we also explained that this issue of six stamps would have been only part of the planned circulation series. However, due to known historical events, this was no longer the case, even in the decree
nor for issuing the mentioned Zita-drawn 45 and 90-filer denominations.
